- The residence villas are a golf cart ride or a 5- to 10-minute walk from the Resort's pools, beaches, restaurants and other facilities.
- These air-conditioned residence villas feature a Great Room with ceiling fans, a home entertainment centre with DVD and CD player, a printer/copier/fax machine and high-speed Internet access. They also feature 102 square metres (1,100 square feet) of outdoor living space.
- The well-equipped kitchen features Guatemalan almendro wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
