Four Seasons Hotel México, D.F., offers venues for gala banquets, private receptions and meetings of varying sizes. These may include creatively themed events, conventions or elaborate formal receptions and dinners.

Approximately 1,200 square metres (13,000 square feet) of meeting space is available in 11 function rooms. Capacities of the function rooms varies from 10 to 320 people for sit-down dinner.

Our elegant facilities are complemented by expert support, fine cuisine and meticulous Four Seasons service to ensure that every event unfolds memorably and successfully.

An audiovisual company maintains a relationship with the Hotel to supply equipment and technicians. They and your Four Seasons meeting services manager ensure a flawless presentation.

State-of-the-art equipment includes:

• Video/data, overhead and slide projectors, laser pointers
• Sound systems, audio cassette recorders and microphones
• Video cameras
• All format video players/recorders (PAL, SECAM, NTSC, 3/4")
• Multi-image dissolve units and programmers
• Personal computers and printers
• Dedicated telephone lines (on request)
• Video conference (at the present time, we are the only hotel in Mexico City to offer this service – special telephone lines provide it with clear audio and video reception)
• Wired or wireless Internet access in meeting rooms

Our meeting services manager will be happy to assist with setting up any type of music, flower arrangements or entertainment for your meeting.

All packages should be sent to the attention of a group's name and its meeting planner. They will be stored in a separate conference storage area. Limited space is available for the storage of large items. Please time shipping to the dates of your arrival. Please request special shipping instructions for clearing customs without unnecessary delays.

Receiving dock

Our meeting services manager can make special arrangements for delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment.

Post-conference shipping

Shipping of post-conference materials may be co-ordinated through our meeting services manager.

Maintenance

The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
