Four Seasons Resort Langkawi offers the ideal location for small conferences and meetings. Its function rooms, overlooking the Andaman Sea and the Resort's landscaped tropical gardens, feature state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and high-speed Internet access. Special events, cocktail parties and receptions may also be held in outdoor venues, including on the beach.

The Congkak Room, which can be divided in two, will accommodate 80 for a banquet and 120 for a reception, while the smaller Gasing Room will accommodate 48 for a banquet and 70 for a reception. In addition, the Veranda, offering breathtaking sea and garden views, can accommodate up to 200 guests for a reception.

All meeting spaces at the Resort are fully equipped to support the most demanding presentation and communication requirements, with advanced lighting, AV and staging capabilities. Telecommunications and electrical hook-ups are designed to meet or exceed industry standards. Voltage is 220.

Our team of conference and banqueting specialists will arrange music and entertainment to complement any part of your function or event. All packages should be sent to the Resort's conference services manager to the attention of the group's name. Include the group's check-in date. Packages will be stored in the Resort's storage area. Please note that available space for the storage of large items is limited, and please allow adequate shipping time for packages.

Post-conference shipping

Shipping of post-conference materials may be coordinated through the Resort's conference services manager.

Maintenance

The engineering department is available 24 hours a day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.

Special arrangements can be made for clients who wish to purchase amenities to welcome their VIP guests. The Concierge will be happy to assist in these arrangements. Possibilities range from champagne and wine to handmade chocolates and monogrammed bathrobes.

Four Seasons Resort Langkawi offers an idyllic base for families visiting the area, and extends an especially warm welcome to its young guests, from serving milk and cookies to providing special gifts such as colouring books and crayons, balloons, chocolate treats, board games, books and toys. Complimentary items include bottles and toiletries for infants, high chairs, baby cribs, child-sized bathrobes and slippers, milk and cookies at bedtime, strollers and bottle warmers. Babysitting services may be arranged through the Concierge. Children’s menus are available in the restaurants and through In-Villa Dining, with careful attention paid to providing nutritionally balanced meals.

In addition, the Concierge will advise on activities to create special memories for the entire family. Possibilities range from touring the mangrove wetlands to visiting the Oriental Village where the Cable Car is located.
