• Take Highway 25 north for 35 kilometres (21 miles)
• Exit at the 7th Circle
• Bear right at 7th Circle and drive for 3 kilometres (2 miles) until you reach the 6th Circle
• Continue driving until you reach the 5th Circle intersection
• Before reaching the roundabout, make a left turn on the U-turn lane so you are driving the opposite direction on Zahran Street
• Take the first right, with HSBC at the corner
• Take the next right onto Al Basra Street where you will see the main entrance of the Hotel; the back of the Hotel faces Al-Kindi Street

• From the Hotel, go to the Circle of Sport City and then head towards Zarka (approximately 25 minute drive)
• Before Zarka, follow the signs to the right towards the Jaber border; from the Jordanian/Syrian border take the highway towards Damascus city centre
• When you reach Al Jihad Square (Baramkeh), go around the square and take the right turn; continue along until the old university
• Then, take the bridge until the end; Four Seasons Hotel Damascus will be on the right after the bridge

Queen Alia International Airport is 30 minutes from the Hotel. Royal Jordanian, British Airways, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, KLM, Alitalia, MEA, Air France, Gulf Air, Emirates, Etihad and EgyptAir serve this airport. For travellers obtaining their entry visas at the airport, please note that payment is accepted in Jordanian dinars only. Banks are available for currency exchange.

Private aviation and Royal Wings, the regional Jordanian airline, fly into Marka Airport, 25 minutes from the Hotel.

Airport greeting service
An airport greeter will meet you at your gate, escort you to the visa counter and obtain a visa on your behalf. You will then be escorted to the luggage claim and customs area to collect your baggage. You will travel to the Hotel by a private limousine stocked with Four Seasons amenities such as cool towels, water, international newspapers and a selection of CDs. En route, an In-Room Dining menu will be provided, allowing you to order the meal of your choice and have it ready in your room upon arrival.
