General information

The first settlers built beside Lake Michigan about 150 years ago, and the inhabitants rebuilt the city after the Great Fire of 1871. Today, three of the world’s six largest buildings sway in the skyline of the Windy City.

At The Ritz-Carlton Chicago’s Water Tower Place address, you are an elevator ride away from Magnificent Mile shops and a five-minute stroll from the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Hancock Observatory. The Hotel’s location places the best of Chicago – in all directions – conveniently close.
