Pierre Barusta
Executive ChefBorn in Vietnam and raised in Paris, Pierre Barusta developed a strong foundation in classical French cuisine in acclaimed Parisian kitchens, where he quickly rose to prominence. Over the past 25 years, his passion for cultural discovery through food has taken him to the Caribbean, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Restaurants under his leadership have received international recognition – first in Dubai, and then in Singapore. The unique inspirations of his culinary journey inform his current work as Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, where he curates cuisine that celebrates people, culture and memory.
