We recommend planning a corporate meeting or retreat six to 12 months in advance, particularly for larger groups, peak travel periods and high-demand dates. Smaller meetings may require less lead time, subject to availability. Planning early allows our Events team to coordinate meeting space, accommodations, dining, transportation, activities and customized group experiences. Larger retreats or full Resort buyouts may require additional lead time.
For board meetings, the Poinciana Room accommodates up to 40 guests in a boardroom configuration, with natural light, glass doors and an attached terrace, and can be divided for breakout sessions. For smaller breakout sessions, the Hibiscus Room accommodates up to 24 guests in a boardroom configuration near the Business Centre, while Salons A, B and C each accommodate up to 24 guests and feature natural light and covered outdoor terraces.
For larger corporate events, the Four Seasons Ballroom and Hamilton Room each accommodate up to 300 guests for receptions and 170 for banquets. The ballroom features natural light, glass doors and three covered terraces, and can be divided into three sections. Outdoors, the 18th Lawn and South Beach each accommodate up to 400 guests for banquets, while the Pier hosts receptions for up to 250 guests, all overlooking the Caribbean.
Yes, meeting or conference space at Four Seasons Resort Nevis may be available without an overnight stay, subject to group size, availability and program requirements. For larger meetings and corporate retreats, accommodations are typically coordinated as part of the group program. Our Events team can recommend the best arrangement based on your meeting requirements and group size.
Yes, our Events and Concierge teams can arrange airport and pier transfers, group arrivals and departures, and transportation to off-site dinners, activities and excursions. Round-trip transfers are USD 200 per adult, while private transfers are available for an additional USD 550, payable at booking. Transportation can be tailored to your group's itinerary, with advance arrangements recommended for larger groups and peak travel periods.
Four Seasons Resort Nevis offers rooms, suites, villas and residences for corporate groups of various sizes. Villas and residences are particularly well suited to colleagues travelling together, with multiple bedrooms, shared living areas and added privacy. For larger leadership teams, our Stewarts Estate offers seven bedrooms across four private villas, with views of Nevis Peak and the Caribbean. Group room blocks can be arranged through our Events team.
