We recommend planning your event at least six months in advance, with nine to 12 months preferred for larger celebrations, weddings and peak periods. Smaller gatherings may require less lead time, subject to availability. Planning ahead allows our Events team to secure your preferred venue and coordinate accommodations, dining, transportation, décor, entertainment and activities. Larger or more customized events may require additional lead time.
For larger events, the Four Seasons Ballroom and Hamilton Room host up to 300 guests for receptions, while the 18th Lawn and South Beach accommodate up to 400 for banquets. The Poinciana Room suits mid-size events for up to 100 guests, while Salons A, B and C each host up to 75. For smaller events, Salons D and E and the Hibiscus Room host up to 50 guests. Private retreat venues like Villa Marrakech offer a more residential-style setting.
Yes, event venues at Four Seasons Resort Nevis may be available for non-resident guests, depending on the type and size of the event and overall Resort availability. Our Events team can advise on applicable catering, food and beverage minimums, guest counts and venue requirements when planning your event. For larger celebrations or peak-season dates, an accommodation commitment may be requested.
Yes, our Events and Concierge teams can arrange airport and pier transfers, group arrivals and departures, and transportation to off-site dinners, excursions and activities. Round-trip transfers are USD 200 per guest ages 12 and older and USD 100 for ages 5–11; children under 5 are complimentary. Private transfers are available for an additional USD 550, payable at booking. Advance arrangements are recommended for larger groups and peak periods.
