- Pets must be leashed at all times when outside your room or suite.
- To ensure a seamless stay, please contact our housekeeping team to arrange a convenient time for room servicing, choosing from two housekeeping service options: Either the pet must not be in the room, or the owner must be in the room with the pet. Kindly note that we do not clean litter boxes.
- We are committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all guests and our neighbours. Please clean up after your pet, both on site and in the surrounding neighbourhood.
- Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon charges a pet fee of EUR 250 per stay. Additional charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required or for any damage caused by your pet.
- For your pet’s comfort and safety, your pet may not be left in guest rooms unattended and must be well-trained. Any disturbance of other guests may result in the pet being removed from the property.
- Pets are not allowed in the Spa or pool areas.
