- Arrival
- We kindly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows ample time for check-in, changing into spa attire, and fully immersing yourself in the serene environment of our spa amenities – including tranquil relaxation lounges, steam rooms, jacuzzi and saunas. Arriving early encourages a smoother transition into your treatment and enhances your overall wellness journey.
- Late Arrivals
- To honour the time of all our guests and ensure the highest level of service, we ask that you arrive promptly for your scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting the next guest’s experience. Please note that full service fees will still apply, regardless of the actual length of your session.
- Health & Wellness Considerations
- Your health, safety and comfort are our top priorities. We kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant, have any injuries, medical conditions or allergies that may affect your treatment. This allows our expert team to tailor your experience with thoughtful care and to recommend services that best support your wellness needs. A few examples of considerations are massage in the first trimester, cosmetic procedures within the past two weeks for facial services and surgical procedures in the last 6 weeks. Please reach out with any questions and we are happy to curate a safe and memorable spa journey for you.
- What to Wear
- For your convenience, we provide robes, spa slippers and a private locker for your personal belongings. During treatments, guests are encouraged to undress to their level of comfort – rest assured that professional draping techniques are used at all times to ensure complete modesty and discretion throughout your service.
- Spa Etiquette
- We are dedicated to maintaining a peaceful, restorative atmosphere for all guests. To uphold this standard, we ask that everyone conduct themselves with respect and mindfulness. Disruptive behavior, including the use of offensive language, loud conversation or inappropriate conduct, will not be tolerated. Guests who fail to comply may be asked to leave the premises, and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances. Thank you for helping us preserve a sanctuary of serenity.
- Quiet Zone
- Our spa is designed to be a haven of calm. We respectfully request that mobile phones be silenced and that all conversations be kept to a soft whisper within shared spaces. This allows everyone to fully relax and immerse themselves in the tranquil ambiance.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We understand that schedules can change. However, to respect the time of our service providers and fellow guests, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Gratuity
- Gratuities are not included in the listed price of your services unless otherwise noted. A customary gratuity of 18–20% is always appreciated and may be adjusted at your discretion to reflect your level of satisfaction. Tips may be left in cash or added to your final bill at checkout.
- Maternity Massages
- Our 60-minute and 90-minute maternity massage sessions are thoughtfully designed for expecting mothers who are in their second trimester or beyond. These gentle, nurturing massages are tailored to support the unique needs of pregnancy, providing relief from common discomforts while promoting relaxation, improved circulation and overall well-being during this special time.
- After Your Treatment
- Following your service, we recommend that you drink plenty of water to support your body’s natural detoxification process and enhance the benefits of your treatment. Feel free to continue relaxing in our lounge areas or enjoy additional spa amenities to extend your experience of wellness and renewal.
- Minimum Age Requirement
- Spa guests must be 18 years or older to access spa facilities and receive services. Guests between the ages of 12 and 17 are welcome to book select treatments when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. While access to certain spa areas is restricted, younger guests are welcome to enjoy our outdoor Cove Pool and Restaurant with parental supervision.
