: The following penalties refer to non-group bookings (fewer than eight guests) and are valid for entire or partial itinerary cancellations:
In case of cancellation within 48 days prior to the tour date, no penalty will be applied.
In case of cancellation from 47 to 30 days prior to the tour date, 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
In case of cancellation from 30 to 15 days prior to the tour date, 70% of the tour cost will be charged.
In case of cancellation from 15 to 8 days prior to the tour date, 80% of the tour cost will be charged.
In case of cancellation fewer than 7 days prior to the tour date, 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
