- Hike to our hilltop for a scenically serene guided meditation. Submit to the surrounding stillness and rhythmic flow of the ocean below as you begin your journey within. Good level of fitness and hiking experience required.
- Yin Flow
- A gentle pace in which stretches are alternated with active yoga poses. The class starts with a gentle warm-up, flowing into poses with a combination of longer held stretches, ending with relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
- Loving Kindness Meditation
- A guided meditation that originates from the Buddhist tradition that helps attain understanding, happiness, kindness and love, to yourself and all other beings, without expectation or goals. Gradually with consistency, this meditation enables you to build love and compassion internally, which allows space for self-healing, increased focus and attention, in time softening the mind and heart into deeper levels of pure love and kindness.

- This class connects accessible yoga postures with breath and fluid movement in a well-rounded practice. With a slower pace, there is time to explore individual postures so that new participants can build confidence and familiarity, while more experienced participants can re ne the fundamentals of alignment Vinyasa Flow Poses are carefully sequenced and continually flow together connected with the breath. Often an adventure in sweat and stamina, Vinyasa Flow develops strength, flexibility and balance for mind and body.
- Shamanic Body Awakening
- This approach to Shamanic Body Awakening is in marrying the body awareness, sensitivity, power and structural alignment of the Shamanic healing tradition, with health and greater spiritual openings. The present-day tendency to live more in the headspace makes the practice of even more valuable for body/mind connection. Other benefits include integration of the movements of the physical system into one harmonious unit, grounding into the earth energy, awareness and correction of old mind and trauma patterns, and safely building internal strength.
- Restorative Hot Stone Yoga
- Deeply soothing treatment in which the body is placed in highly therapeutic postures supported with soft bolsters and cosy blankets, while the mind is invited to slow down. The heat from the stones gently penetrates into the muscles, melting away layers of physical and emotional tension, allowing you to relax in blissful luxury.

- Clarity Breathwork
- Clarity Breathwork is a gentle breathing practice that activates the subconscious mind and brings insight that is not as easily access through traditional therapy. It opens energy channels in the body to allow for things that may have represses to surface and be healed and released. This powerful and nurturing style of Breathwork helps us discover deeper awareness, clear away old energies, patterns, negative thoughts, and opens the way for new life and greater consciousness.
- Yoga-Barre
- This class is based on the elements of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. The movements consist of high energy, low impact and fat burning exercises. With an emphasis on Ballet posture and technique, we create newfound awareness of the body and an appreciation for smart movement.
- Vinyasa Flow

- Stillness Sunrise Meditation
- The essence of meditation is to step directly into stillness, and once arrived other possibilities within your being can unfold. This session is guided with the power technique of Anapana meditation, a method that taught to the Chinese monks by Shakyamuni Buddha, which contributed greatly too many during that time in achieving Self Realization. Within the session sound vibrations, pranayama and other modalities will be incorporate to bring the mind into a calm, harmonious state and conducive state for deep stillness meditation.
- Restorative yoga with Healing Sounds
- Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that invites profound rest to our body, whilst cultivating a peaceful relationship with our mind. The long-held postures support the reversal of the stress response in the body, nourishing the nervous system and nurturing the organs that play a key role in restoration and renewal. Each posture is supported with an abundance of props and cushions, so the body is able to completely let go and focus on the meditation of simply resting in effortless awareness and bathing in the vitality available in this and every present moment. This practice is guided by a relaxing and powerful experience of healing sounds with varying frequencies and vibrations, using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other instruments.
- YOGA4ALL
- This class is designed to give detailed instruction and to be less physically challenging. YOGA4ALL is for all levels and ages. The participants will gain strength and flexibility at their own pace with safety and alignment as the main focus.
