Watching the sun rise over the Serengeti is awe-inspiring in itself, but watching it as you drift in near silence above the treetops and the waking savanna is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Hot-air ballooning is one of the most popular activities in the Serengeti. The day starts early (don’t worry, coffee is provided) with a transfer by road to the launch site, where upon sunrise, you’ll lift off for an unforgettable flight, approximately one hour, followed by a glass of champagne on landing and breakfast in the bush.
