Yu Yuan’s Black Truffle Beijing Duck is prepared with new techniques and creativity. Combining traditional cooking methods with the umami flavors of Italian black truffle sprinkled with gold leaves. Also, using the intensely rich duck broth, the remaining parts of the duck will be transformed into a special dish that can be only tasted in Yu Yuan.
