Hualalai's culinary team focuses on a farm and ocean to table experience, curating Pan-Asian influenced menus. The Team has long standing relationships with key Hawai'i Island farmers growing produce specifically for our chefs to build seasonally inspired menus. 'ULU focuses on a sustainable seafood program, using fresh Hawaii prawns and oysters, as well as collaborating with a seafood watch program to ensure Best Choice seafood options.

Miller & Lux Hualalai is a premier Kona dining experience by Chef Tyler Florence.
