Celebrate New Year's Eve with an elegant beachfront dining experience at Sea Fu. AED 2,600 per person, including set menu, welcome champagne and soft beverages; AED 2,200 per person, including vegetarian set menu, welcome champagne and soft beverages; AED 1,300 per child, ages 6 to 12. Bring the flavours of the festive season home with a traditional Four Seasons turkey feast, expertly prepared by our culinary team. Slow roasted and served with seasonal accompaniments, it is the perfect centrepiece for family gatherings and holiday celebrations. AED 1,400 for a 6- to 7-kg turkey feast including side dishes. Orders must be prepaid and placed at least 72 hours prior to collection. Available for pick-up from Shai Salon between 11:30 am and 10:00 pm.
Festive Afternoon Tea

Celebrate the season with a festive Afternoon Tea at Shai Salon, curated by Senior Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert. Discover a selection of savoury bites, handcrafted holiday pastries and festive sweets, perfectly paired with bespoke tea blends. For an extra touch of celebration, elevate the experience with a glass of champagne. AED 450 per person, including a glass of champagne; AED 300 per person, including coffee and tea.
Nicolas Lambert's Bûche de Noël

Created by Senior Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Lambert, this year's White Christmas Bûche de Noël captures the beauty of snow-covered peaks in an elegant festive design. Layers of chestnut sponge, cinnamon shortbread, vanilla crémeux, blackcurrant jelly and chestnut mousse come together in a festive dessert designed for sharing. AED 300 per bûche; serves 6 to 8 guests. Orders must be prepaid and placed at least 24 hours prior to collection. Available for pick-up from Shai Salon between 10:00 am and 11:00 pm.
Galette des Rois

Celebrate Epiphany with Chef Nicolas Lambert's interpretation of the classic French Galette des Rois. Featuring caramelized inverted puff pastry, pistachio and almond frangipane, and salted caramel. Each galette includes a traditional hidden fève and festive crown for the lucky guest who discovers it. AED 195 per galette; serves 6 to 8 guests. Gather at dusk for a guided moment of mindfulness in the Spa Garden. Accompanied by the soothing tones of singing bowls and the natural rhythms of the evening, this simple 10-minute ritual offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect and reconnect. Afterwards, linger beneath the palms with a warming festive beverage and chocolate treat.
Unwrap a Ritual Each Day Each day of the festive countdown reveals a different complimentary enhancement with every 60- or 90-minute treatment. It may be a soothing scalp or facial massage, assisted stretching, dry body brushing or gentle silicone cupping. Other days bring nourishing care for the eyes, lips, hands or feet or a hydrating face or foot mask. The enhancement is incorporated within your chosen treatment and its booked duration, adding a thoughtful new element without extending the treatment time.
