: The Hotel is certified to Hoteles más Verdes, a third-party certification program for hospitality properties.
The Hotel measures and tracks energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, water use and waste generation through Four Seasons global utility management system.
Vegan and vegetarian menu items are available.
Linens and towels are replaced every third day, unless otherwise requested.
: Guest room controls and building systems support optimizing energy consumption throughout the property.
: Single-use plastics, including water bottles, bathroom amenities and takeaway food packaging, have been removed or replaced with non-plastic alternatives.
A recycling program is in place.
Organic waste is diverted from landfill.
: The Hotel maintains a hydroponic garden on the terrace of La Mansion Alzaga Unzue that supplies produce for use in kitchen operations.
Seasonal menu items are available, including ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
The Hotel serves cage-free eggs.
A food waste reduction program is in place, including AI-enabled tools to identify, monitor and reduce food waste.
: Guests can engage in educational tours at local, natural, cultural, historical or heritage sites to learn more about the local community through our Concierge, including visiting the Tigre Delta, wandering through the Museum of Fine Arts, exploring local artisanal boutiques in Palermo and experiencing traditional tango dancing.
Excess food is donated to the local community through Hogar Monsenor Albisetti, a homeless shelter in Buenos Aires.
Linen, furniture and equipment is donated to the local community through local foundations.
Local artists and artisans are featured throughout the Hotel, including talented painters, sculptors and musicians.
Employees complete annual Human Trafficking Awareness training.
: All products in our retail boutique are sourced from Argentina-based creators.
