Colin Bedford
ChefColin Bedford is a charismatic leader with nearly 30 years of experience in kitchens around the world. Growing up in the UK, he learned the art of baking from his mother and the joys of gardening from his father, cultivating a patience that drives his culinary philosophy. Known for blending British and Southern influences, Bedford focuses on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create whimsical and delicious dishes.

Father's Day
This Father's Day, celebrate Dad with a memorable brunch at THE Blvd in the heart of Beverly Hills. Indulge in a specially curated à la carte menu featuring a Maine Lobster Roll Eggs Benedict, "Dad’s Dogs" served with fries and free-flowing champagne – all while taking in views of the annual Rodeo Drive Concours d'Elegance. Live music will set the tone from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm, and dads are invited to partake in our cigar-rolling station as part of the celebration from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm.
