The "Saison" eight-course lunch introduces you to contemporary Japanese-French cuisine at Michelin-starred est. Known for its eco-conscious approach to fine dining, est proudly sources 95% of its ingredients locally, supporting independent farmers, fishermen and foragers throughout Japan.

: Reservations must be made three months in advance. We will contact you directly if we cannot accommodate your request.
When accompanied by children 13 years old and under, we kindly request the use of one of our private rooms.
Private dining rooms are available starting at JPY 30,000 for up to five guests and JPY 50,000 for up to eight guests, subject to availability.
Vegetarian, pescatarian and pork-free (including gelatin) options are available with seven days' notice in advance of your reservation.
This experience is not recommended for guests with dietary restrictions such as seafood allergies, dairy allergies, lacto-vegetarian or vegan.
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions.
