Things To Know

: Guests must be 20 years or older to purchase alcohol.
: A sake tasting set (60 milliletres of three types of sake and a snack) may be purchased for an additional JPY 2,000 per person.
The maximum capacity of the cruise is eight adults. Children are counted as half an adult for capacity purposes. Please contact our Concierge for questions about your group size.
Transportation from our Hotel to the pier is not included.
This experience is subject to weather conditions based on the Japan Meteorological Agency's forecast, which will be released at 5:00 pm the day before the trip. If it is difficult to make a decision by the day before, a decision will be made no later than three hours before departure. If the chance of rain is 70% or higher during your reserved time, this experience will be cancelled. If the chance of rain is 50% or higher during your reserved time, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that, regardless of the above conditions, we may cancel, modify the route or proceed depending on warnings, wind and wave conditions, and precipitation forecasts. No charges will be applied for cancellations due to bad weather.

: Cancellation one to two days before the scheduled start time will result in a 50% penalty; no show or cancellation on the day of the activity will result in a 100% penalty. See What to Know section for weather policies.
