Mont Saint-Michel, one of France’s most iconic landmarks, is not only famous for its dramatic tides and medieval abbey but also for its distinctive regional cuisine. Rooted in the traditions of Normandy, the area’s food reflects its coastal setting, lush pastures and apple orchards.
