• Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Non‑Hawaii residents must have a recreational ocean fishing license. Licenses are available online from the State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources: Division of Aquatic Resources for USD 20 (one day), USD 40 (seven days) or USD 70 (annual). Youth under 15 years of age and active‑duty military families are exempt.
• Activities and recommendations are reserved for in-house guests only.

• This eight- to 10-hour experience is available daily, year round, at 6:00 am.
• Our complimentary house car service is available for round-trip transportation on a first-come, first-served basis. To use this service, we suggest visiting our Bell Desk at 5:30 am for your 6:00 am charter.
• You may take home up to 15 pounds of whole fish. Catches over 100 pounds will remain with the boat and crew, and the captain will determine which fish are filleted.
• Your catch can be prepared in our Resort restaurants. Upon return, please bring your fish directly to the concierge desk for proper storage with our Food & Beverage team. All fish require 24 hours of storage, along with a completed Fish Waiver Form. Additional preparation fees apply. Fish not stored with our Food & Beverage team for the required 24 hours cannot be used or prepared by our outlets.

All private charters are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Charters cancelled with 48 hours of their scheduled start time will be charged 50% of charter rate plus tax. Charters that "no show" will be charged 100% of the rate plus tax.
