Try this fun and unique way to get incorporate dance into a fitness class that promises to be a great work out and brighten your day in the process.
YOGA-LATES
Yoga-lates will pair you with the compliments of both Yoga and traditional Mat Pilates. Take a moment for yourself and exhale.
GOLF STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY
Improve your golf game with this class that focuses on strengthening the muscles in your core and shoulders. This 60-minute class will surely help you become a stronger player on the course.
CIRCUIT WEIGHT TRAINING
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high intensity aerobics.
VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement." The instructor will have you move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
BARRE
This class is designed for all levels to engage a full body work out influenced by the ballet repertoire. Strengthening and elongating the body will leave you feeling exhilarated.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
Let stress and tension melt away and connect with a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Restorative Yoga is a gentle healing form of Hatha yoga that is practiced with props to provide a supportive environment.
HATHA YOGA
Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of wellbeing, traditional Hatha Yoga is a holistic yogic path, including moral disciplines, physical postures (asana), purification procedures (shatkriya), poses (mudra), yogic breathing (pranayama), and meditation.
COUPLES YOGA
Spend some time with your special someone – embrace each other in breath, as well as yoga poses with mindful presence. This workshop is an invitation to an intimate date with your soul and your soul mate.
