All food and beverage is subject to a 10.75% tax, 18% service fee and 9% administrative fee taxable at 10%. A bartender fee of USD 250 per bar, per every 50 guests applies for events lasting up to three hours (USD 75 per additional hour). Cash bars require one cashier per 100 guests for a flat fee of USD 250.
