Priced per adult. Includes Two Entrées Selections. The Higher Price Shall Apply for All Selections. Multiple Advance Entrée Selections Require Meal Counts Five Days in Advance. A Surcharge of USD 15 Per Adult Shall Apply for Three Entrée Selections. Minimum guest count of 10 is required. Guest counts below 10 will incur a chef labor fee of USD 300.
