In this hands-on class, guests will learn the secrets behind authentic Creole and Cajun cuisine while preparing classic regional dishes from scratch. Guided by expert chefs, participants of all skill levels – from beginners to experienced home cooks – will enjoy an interactive culinary experience that brings the spirit of New Orleans straight to the kitchen.

: All experience levels welcome.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; minimum age is 11 years old to participate.
: All taxes, fees and gratuity is inclusive of the experience price.
Location is a 20-minute walk from the Hotel. Transportation can be provided for additional fee.
Meal to be served at end of the experience.
Guest may choose from the following classes: Roux Class, Brunch Class or New Orleans Traditions Class.
