Overview

Available exclusively to guests of Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley, this private tasting inside the historic Chateau offers a deeper exploration of the longevity and evolution of Chateau Montelena wines through a selection of library and current release vintages. Along the way, guests will enjoy unique access to areas of the winery not available in a standard visit, providing an intimate glimpse into the people, places and traditions that have shaped Chateau Montelena for more than 140 years.

Things To Know

: Chateau Montelena is 9 minutes from our Resort via the Silverado Trail. A house car is available upon request.
: Participants must be at least 21 years of age.
For those not participating in a tasting (such as someone who is pregnant or your designated driver) the price is USD 50. We try to limit this to one guest per group but call for special exceptions.
: Wine, charcuterie and water. Picnic lunches are available at an additional cost.
: Sales tax is not included in the price.
Tasting menus change seasonally.
This experience is weather-permitting.
This experience is not available on major holidays including: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's Day weekend, St. Patrick's Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
: Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 72 hours prior in order to receive a full refund. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals, or cancellations less than 72 hours prior, will result in forfeiture of fees.
