Join us on the Honey Fitz Terrace for Mini & Me Yoga: a 45-minute Saturday morning class where you and your little ones can move, laugh and make memories with the Fort Lauderdale shoreline as your backdrop. Whether it is a first downward dog or a favourite family ritual, every class is a chance to bond, be present and enjoy the magic of this destination together.

Things To Know

: Guests must be age 4 or older to participate.
: This experience takes place at the Honey Fitz Terrace on Saturdays at 9:30 am.
Reservations for Mini & Me Yoga are required at least 48 hours in advance – kindly secure your spot by Thursday at 9:30 am for that week's class. For last-minute availability or additional inquiries, please contact us at Spa.FortLauderdale@fourseasons.com.
The maximum nimber of participants is 10.
Attendees must arrive 5 minutes before start time.
Mats will be provided.
