PERSONAL TRAINER
To help you reach your individual fitness goals, the Spa offers personalized sessions with expert guidance. Our personal trainer will help you develop a comprehensive, individualized fitness plan and ensure you perform safe and appropriate exercises as you work towards your goals.

YOGA
Purify and balance the mind, body and spirit in a yoga session tailored to your individual needs. Yoga is performed in Giardino della Gherardesca during spring and summer, and in the Spa's studio during autumn and winter.

WALK IN THE PARK
Connect with nature in the heart of the city during this personalized session. A personal trainer will guide you through a series of stretches, breathing exercises, meditation, aerobics and muscle-strenghtening techniques in the Hotel's private garden, Giardino della Gherardesca (weather permitting).
