An evening shaped by origin, intention and point of view: First presented at Platform by the James Beard Foundation, this dinner now returns as a guest experience. Originally conceived by our culinary team in collaboration with chefs from Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles, the five-course menu pays tribute to the region known as Las Californias. The evening begins with panoramic sea views at the bell tower and then moves into a menu that reflects the peninsula's seasonal rhythm through Pacific seafood, Baja-grown produce and time-honoured flavours expressed with subtlety and precision.
