Overview

Make this Valentine’s Day one to remember with a decadent three-course prix fixe dinner at THE Blvd. The menu by Executive Chef Colin Bedford features an amuse-bouche, followed by the choice of a starter from the lobster tortellini to a crab salad, beet greens, Thai snapper crudo, carrot and ginger soup, or a green salad. For the entrée, choices range from beef tenderloin to a maple-glazed duck, poached hearts of palm, seared tuna, roasted scallops or braised short rib. The experience concludes with a decadent dessert created by the Hotel’s talented pastry team. Live music will set the mood both evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, while a complimentary photo booth invites couples to capture the moment and commemorate the evening.
