Executive Chef Colin Bedford will present a tantalizing five‑course tasting menu, enhanced by caviar and paired with Telmont Champagne, Château Malartic Lagravière Bordeaux selections expertly presented by vineyard owner Véronique Bonnie, and a final pour of Louis XIII.
