Overview

Embark on a scenic 2.5-hour drive to Khao Yai National Park, a lush paradise filled with dense forests, crystal-clear streams and diverse wildlife. On the way, stop at a local market to explore regional products and snacks. At the park, set off on a 3.8-kilometre (2.4-mile) trek through the forest with a local guide, who will share insights about the area's flora and fauna. Once you arrive at Haew Suwat Waterfall, you may spot wild elephants, gibbons, gaur or deer along the way. Depending on the season, visit a sunflower field or enjoy picking fresh strawberries on the way back.
