Palm Ballroom sits directly beside Lady Palm Lawn beneath 16-foot ceilings and garden views, while Queen Ballroom opens onto its own private terrace. Your wedding specialist will organize seating and décor without disrupting your guests.

Which wedding venues are the best for seeing the Walt Disney World® fireworks?

Open-sky venues such as Lady Palm Lawn provide the clearest views, with receptions timed so the nightly Walt Disney World® fireworks arrive mid-celebration. For smaller gatherings, the two rooftop terraces at Capa on the 17th floor look out across lakes and the fireworks beyond. For a quieter moment, our Park View rooms and suites offer furnished balconies and private terraces.

Will another event be happening at the same time, and how private is our venue?

Your wedding ceremony and reception spaces are yours alone during your celebration. More than one event may take place across the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, so venues are matched with privacy in mind. The Grand Ballroom divides into distinct sections served by their own foyers and terraces, while Palm-level spaces, including Queen and Sabal, each open onto a private terrace and lawn. Larger buyouts can be arranged through your wedding specialist.

Can our venue accommodate a cultural or multi-day wedding ceremony?

Yes. Four Seasons Resort Orlando hosts multi-day and cultural wedding celebrations, from mehndi and sangeet evenings to tea ceremonies and blessings. King Meadow Lawn welcomes 700 for a reception and suits a procession such as a baraat, while the 14,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom seats 840 for the banquet. Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi builds menus around your traditions, and golf, the Spa and Explorer Island keep families together between events.

Which spaces are best for a rehearsal dinner, welcome reception or post-wedding brunch?

For a relaxed rehearsal dinner, our lakeside restaurant Plancha offers a private dining room and al fresco terrace overlooking Tranquilo Golf Course. Welcome receptions sit beautifully on Areca Lawn, set against Florida woodland and lakeside scenery, or on the golf practice area under lights. For a farewell brunch, Capa pairs rooftop views with two private dining rooms, each seating up to 36 guests, and views across Walt Disney World® Resort.
