A LITTLE ITALY LUNCH SPOT FROM OUR DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
“I grew up in Boston, and having Italian heritage, the North End is where I feel most at home. The bakeries have delicious pastries, but if I’m really hungry, my go-to spot is Monica’s Deli on Salem Street. They make an authentic Italian sub fresh to order, right there in front of you.”

OUR HOTEL ASSISTANT MANAGER’S RIVERSIDE RUNNING TIPS
“Boston loves to run, and not just in April when we have the marathon. The Esplanade is my favourite area for jogging along the Charles River and taking in Boston’s skyline. It’s a stone’s throw from the Hotel. Early mornings in the summer are the perfect time to take in the peace and quiet as the city begins to stir.”

WHERE our CHEF GOES ON HIS DAY OFF
“I have a real soft spot for the hip and historic South End. When I get the chance, I make a trip to South End Buttery, a friendly neighbourhood bakery-café. It’s all about real food made by hand using traditional methods and all-natural ingredients. I simply like to read the newspaper and sip a fresh-brewed coffee, which is made from beans sourced from Equator Coffees.”

AN ARTISTIC ESCAPE FROM OUR DOOR ATTENDANT
“You can’t come to Boston without visiting the Museum of Fine Arts, it’s so close to the Hotel. For a slice of Boston history that you can take home with you, I recommend checking out the Revolutionary Boston and New Nation galleries.”
