Executive Chef
Australian by birth, Executive Chef Aaron Brooks has cooked all over the world for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since 2001. No matter his location, he’s always stayed true to his motto, “food has to be seasonal and relevant to where you are.” In Miami, Aaron has embraced the local cuisine and its Latin culture while also maintaining his own heritage. He’s known as Miami’s “Lambassador,” because of his menus featuring Aussie lamb and grilled chops. Aaron is a true craftsman, curating his own charcuterie and designing a weekly Tasting Experience menu. His passion for food extends beyond the kitchen, as he teaches local children the importance of nutrition, sources ingredients from nearby farms and mentors young culinary artisans.
