This winter, the terrace of Brasserie Benjamin welcomes its first alpine collaboration with Maison Louis XII – an ode to time, craftsmanship, and exceptional taste. At its centre, a striking crystal decanter rests within a sculpted snowflake, crowned with the iconic fleur‑de‑lis. Après-ski, the experience unfolds through rare tastings, paired with caviar or Bellota. Pastry Chef Jonathan Chapuy completes the ritual with a vibrant citrus creation for a memorable finale.
