Forest Bathing
- Forest bathing – “shinrin yoku” – originated in Japan in the early 1980s and is regarded as a form of nature therapy, with the belief that being in nature allows us to connect with it through sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Being in nature can restore our mood, give us back our energy and vitality, and refresh and rejuvenate us. It eases our stress and worry, and helps us relax and think more clearly. This 60-minute forest bath will help you unplug from technology and slow down, bring you into the present, and de-stress and relax you.
