Executive Chinese ChefWith nearly 20 years of culinary experience, praised chef Wang Yong is able to demonstrate his outstanding skills in the kitchens of Jin Sha at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake. The restaurant’s prime location makes it easy to find fresh and superior ingredients, complementing Chef Wang’s culinary skills and providing an unforgettable dining experience for guests.

Wilson Leong
Western Chef de CuisineChef Wilson uses inspiration from working with Italian Consultant Chef Patrick Benedetti from Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. He believes everything is about textures and variations, to create exciting bistro plates without following the classical style or trend, spicing up his plates to present family-style meals, rather than fine dining Italian dishes. Chef Wilson is excited to reinvent the modern WL Bistro into the most desirable restaurant in Hangzhou, serving Italian antipasti, fresh pasta, risotto and dessert.
