Executive Chef
A native of Long Island, New York, Chef Brandon Salomon discovered his passion for cooking early on. Trained at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, he honed his craft at acclaimed restaurants and hotels across New York, Florida and San Francisco. In 2015, he joined Four Seasons – starting at Florie’s by Mauro Colagreco at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach before making Fort Lauderdale his home. Quickly recognized as one of the area’s top chefs, Chef Salomon has continued to reach significant milestones through his innovative, ingredient-forward recipes and exceptional hospitality.
