Marcel Finsterer

Chef de Cuisine
Born into a family of established restaurateurs, Marcel Finsterer’s passion for the kitchen started at a young age. His excitement and curiosity lead him to explore the culinary arts around the world, where he fell in love with Asian cuisine. Inspired by the energy of the kitchen, Finsterer was fascinated by the heat and pressure and spent most of his free time in the restaurant. His natural talent for simple yet exquisite Asian dishes has inspired an incredible career, including time spent in two Michelin-starred restaurants. His ultimate goal is to transport guests through Sea Fu’s dishes, allowing them to experience the essence of Asian cuisine.

    SEA FU TASTING MENU

    The Tasting Menu is a multi-course degustation, which features six exquisite dishes that promise to provide a sensorial experience, inviting guests to indulge in the flavours of Sea Fu near the serene ambience of the sea. Sea Fu Tasting Menu, AED 650; Wine Pairing, additional AED 450. This unique experience is for a minimum of two people.
