Nicolas Lambert
Senior Executive Pastry ChefA prominent figure in the global pastry scene, Chef Nicolas Lambert is a French pastry artist with a distinguishable style, utilising a hero ingredient and complementing its flavours within a maximum of four textures. During his seven-year career with Four Seasons so far, Nicolas has received various honours for his culinary art, including the 2021 Hotel and Catering Pastry Chef Excellence Award by Relais Desserts International and being named the 2022 Pastry Chef of the Year by Gault & Millau UAE.
