Inspired by the teachings of early Arab philosophers who believed beauty emerged from balance, Penrose Lounge presents a suhoor set menu composed with harmony in mind. Each plate blends contrasts, sweet and savoury, warm and cool, while live oud melodies create an atmosphere perfect for reflection and shared moments.
