Introduce your guests to the culture and flavours of Colorado through our carefully planned activities. We have culinary competitions, food festivals and distillery tours for the gourmets in your group, while concert experiences and insightful museum exhibition talks for your artistic attendees.

    Your attendees will be in for an unexpected treat with EDGE Undercover, our progressive dinner concept that uses several of the property’s venues and brings in special guests. Previous dinners have featured synchronized swimmers, firefighters serving a course and silent disco on a downtown rooftop.

    Our Beverage Director leads a two-hour tour of Colorado’s first legal distillery since Prohibition. Your guests will taste the grains, un-aged whiskey and the limited-release Snowflake Series, before heading back to the Hotel for a four-course, whiskey-themed dinner.
