  Indulge in our all-new à la carte poolside menu featuring colourful cocktails and a selection of dishes by Executive Chef Tristan Baker. Start a pool day with a laidback lunch of flame-broiled shrimp tacos or a refreshing watermelon and arugula salad. Then, bask in the early evening sun with a classic double patty burger.   Enjoy Pilates-inspired exercises while floating in our rooftop infinity-edge pool with sweeping views of the Harbor. Experience the benefits of classic Pilates with a twist in this hour-long full-body session that will take your balance and coordination to the next level.
