Bahrain Bay Kitchen is transformed into a winter wonderland, evoking the stark beauty of a winter’s night. Adding to the enchanting ambience is live music and a DJ countdown culminating in a fireworks display. Executive Chef Leonardo Di Clemente has designed a buffet featuring live stations and gourmet delights such as seared foie gras, lobster bisque and beef Wellington, while beverage pairings, champagne and mocktails from the Mimosa Bar are on hand to quench your thirst.
