Driven by flavour and fragrance, the visionary Kapfer loves crafting aromatic cocktails inspired by the seasons – and making sustainability fun. Raised in the vibrant cosmopolitan city of Strasbourg, she’s as adept at ambience as she is at mixology.

    The Great Sunday Club Presents The French Takeover: Bar Pompette, Nico de Soto & Danico

    The night that celebrates shared creative passion is back for 2024 with a dazzling line-up. Cocktail connoisseurs and Francophiles can discover the crème de la crème of France’s mixology talent on the Athens Riviera, marking the opening night of a nationwide gastronomy week called Merci Chef!, hosted by the French Embassy in Greece. Avra welcomes Maxime Hoerth (awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France Bar) and Hugo Togni from Bar Pompette (Toronto, Canada) and Nico de Soto and Corentin Gaudin (Danico, Paris).
