Q: Do you have any experiential offers?

Q: While we enjoy the exclusivity of our residence experience, do we also have full access to the Resort amenities?
A: Yes, absolutely. This is what we feel sets us apart from the standard residential experience. We offer the exclusivity and privacy of a residential estate yet also offer all of the amenities of a Five Diamond resort.
Q: If we arrange a chef, when do we choose the menu for dinner in our residence?
A: We request as much advance notice as possible.
Q: Do we have to eat in the Residence all the time?
A: You are not confined to eating in your Residence at all times. You may indulge in as many or as few restaurants of your choice.
Q: We’ve arranged a personal butler, what happens if we need the butler in the middle of the night?
A: The butler is on call 24 hours.
Q: Would it be a problem if we were to bring our own private chef from home?
A: Not at all, we would just ask that your chef work with our chef to coordinate everything to insure all expectations are exceeded.
Q: Who is our point person to talk to about special things to do while in our residence?
A: The Residence Manager.
Q: What do we do if we want to wash some of our clothes?
A: You may request a laundry pick-up by pressing the laundry button from your residence telephone, or if you prefer to do it yourself, all residences are equipped with full laundry facilities. If you have arranged a personal butler, he/she would be happy to take care of it for you.
Q: How do we get around exploring the Village?
A: Most everything in the Village is within a five to 15 minute walk. Our resort house car or shuttle is available for drop-off and pick-up within the Village (hours vary, based on availability). Or you may arrange a personal chauffeur to ensure immediate transportation at any time.
Q: We are thinking about doing one or more of the many mountain excursions. Is there any need to book this in advance of our stay, or can we book it when we arrive?
A: We always prefer advance notice but we can in most cases we can accommodate last minute requests.
Q: We may be interested in the booking a private instructor or guide for exploring the mountain and area. Can we arrange these activities when we arrive?
A: Absolutely. We can even arrange private mountain area orientation that can be customized to your requests and privatized as well.
Q: We have a private jet. What is the closest airport and what size aircraft can they handle?
A: The closest airport would be Pemberton Airport (YPS) and is only 25 minutes away from the resort. The jetport accommodates Falcon 900, 2000, Bombardier Global Express, Gulfstream 4 & 5, Boeing 737, Boeing 727, Airbus 319, Airbus 320, Bombardier CRJ70, Dash 7.
Q: We may want to stay longer than just an hour or two at the spa. Can a longer session be arranged?
A: We can arrange a complete day at the spa in our private Signature Couples Treatment room. Q: Are private golf lessons available?
A: We can provide private playing lessons with our golf professional as well as four caddies. You’re also welcome to break for lunch after playing the morning 9 and going back to playing.
Q: Is your signature restaurant SIDECUT available in our Private Residence?
A: Yes, it is. We refer to it as “SIDECUT Without Walls” and it is exclusively offered in our Residences only.
Q: Our guests are Italian. Is your staff able to communicate in Italian or French?
A: Our staff is multi lingual/cultural and can accommodate most languages.
