Intro to Heli Skiing - Three-Run Package

Overview

Experience backcountry skiing from a helicopter. Two professional guides per group are provided – one to lead and the other to follow and give ski or snowboard tips to improve your riding. This package includes a moderate pace for those that have attempted off piste skiing in the alpine bowls of Whistler Blackcomb.

Things To Know

: Guests must be Level 4 or above.
Guests must be 14 years or older.
: Check-in is at the Whistler heli-skiing office in Carleton Lodge by 4:00 pm the day prior to your experience; failure to check in by this time may result in forfeiture of your seat.
The meeting place and time is the Carleton Lodge at 8:15 am (for guests with rentals) or 8:30 am (for guests without rentals) on the day of your experience.
Powder ski rental is available for CAD 50 plus 12% tax.
Rental powder ski or snowboard setup is available the day before your experience from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
A 5% tax applies.
: Powder skiis (105 millimetres (4.1 inches) wide) or powder-specific snowboard
Travel insurance (recommended)
: Picnic lunch provided by Alpha Café
: 36 hours' notice is required for cancellations and modifications, or a fee of CAD 200 will be charged.
For cancellations by the tour operator due to inclement weather or insufficient bookings, refunds will be issued.
