Chef Jesus Medina presents a decadent wood-fired menu inspired by the season. The four-course menu features savoury dishes such as ricotta gnocchi with fonduta sauce and black truffle, and a California sea bass with red chicory grapefruit beurre blanc. Sweet items include a sticky toffee pudding date cake and egg nog Bavarian.
